A well designed exterior will add 10-15% to the overall value of your home. You must consider this when working out a budget to spend on your ideal outdoor space.

Initial Design Consultation
Once a booking has been made, a Design Brief will be sent to you. This Design Brief is to give an insight into the style of your home, lifestyle and usage of the outdoor area.
Denise will then visit you at the site to further establish your needs and discuss with you a general design layout. Once this criteria has been gathered, an estimate for a garden design can be given.
To book an initial consultant simply contact the office to arrange a convenient time.
Consultation fee: $250 (+ GST) in the Perth metro area. Effective as at 1st August 2008.
Design
The Conceptual Plan
This is the first step towards creating your ideal outdoor space. Once your existing site plans have been submitted and viewed, a site evaluation will be carried out to plot in any other existing features that are not indicated.
A Conceptual Plan is then drawn to scale, detailing the design criteria established from your initial consultation and Design Brief. This will include hardscape and softscape features and any necessary front elevations of detailed features such as outdoor kitchens, water features, retaining and step works.
You will be contacted to arrange a convenient time to visit their showroom/office to view your Conceptual Plan. Denise will use her unique showroom displays and latest product information to help you visualise and select features for your outdoor space.
Conceptual Plans are based on a rate of $160 per hour (+ GST). Effective as at 1st August 2008.
Option for 2D or 3D can be discussed prior to submittal of the Landscape Design Estimate or as an option once the Conceptual Plans have been viewed. A progress payment is requested at the completion of the Conceptual Plans to release the plans to the Client.
The Master Plan
Once the Conceptual Plans have been finalised, the Master Plans are then drawn. The Master Plan is presented in full laminated colour to a scale of 1:100. A detailed design folder is also prepared for you, containing any relevant material such as brochures, design visuals and plant visuals that apply to your design.
Master Plans are based on a rate of $160 per hour (+ GST). Effective as at 1st August 2008. Balances remaining are finalized on the submittal of Master Plans.
Installation of Your Ideal Garden
If you want Outside In to assist you with the final steps towards turning your Master Plan into a reality, they offer the complete package of Landscape Construction and Project Management Services. Outside In have a selected group of highly qualified, reliable and extremely friendly Contractors experienced in constructing designs by Outside In.
All contractors work as a team to complete the project at hand, under the supervision of Outside In. Working with the Schedule of Proposed Works set up and organised by Outside In, Clients can sit back, relax and watch the amazing and highly efficient transformation from Landscape Design to reality, creating their ideal outdoor space.
Outside In has fully comprehensive Workers Compensation cover for all their Contractors trading as Sole Traders.
A fee of 1.5% is charged based on the total estimated cost of any project. This includes a fully detailed break down of all proposed scope of works along with the associated estimated cost for each component.
